The big new development for bleisure tourism will be the new waterfront building that will open in May 2020 and will house a modern convention centre. It will have several outdoor terraces and a private lounge for events. On the first floor, there will be an open-plan space of 600 square metres, five metres high, free of columns and which can be divided into up to five different rooms. On the ground floor, there will be a 240 square metre private lounge. In addition, the new convention centre at the Torre del Mar hotel will have its own independent access to the hotel and will be complemented by a pleasant outdoor terrace.
